This place is a DISGUSTING DISASTER!!! This place is always atrocious when it comes to cleanliness. You would think with all the "managers" they have walking around the store would be a bit more intact. I refuse to shop in a store who's management treats employees and customers the way this location does.They treat the employees and customers like garbage. Managers make little to no effort to make a positive work environment, on a regular basis they gossip about their employees as well as the customer clientele on the sales floor. They constantly belittle and verbally abuse their employees. And some higher ups in the company are even worse making no effort to resolve any issue. This particular location is just the worst, they rather have employees who will take the abuse of power and not say anything instead of making management make a change in their actions. They need to just get rid of these DISGRACEFUL "managers" and start fresh.    Read moreMy daughter in law with her spouse went to this store with in the last hour. Trying to hurry to get a few supplies for a function at her house, plus supplies for work tomorrow. She is also a regular shopper at this location. Tonight was different than no other. She and her spouse go in the store trying to shop quickly but the employees followed them all over the store. Then at the register, the cashier going to say smart comments such as "..the credit card went through, I'M SURPRISED!!". Mind you it's raining and the credit card was wet. The cashier could of inputted the #s in manually, but causing a scene and embarrassing them. Management even called the police. Racial profiling!!! is NOT GOOD customer service, Burlington Corp. will definitely hear about this incident.    Read moreWaited in the checkout line for over 33 mins...... 6 people in front of me.....8 people behind me.....only 2 Cashier's..... When asked if they could please get someone else to open a cash register.....the cashier said (politely) that she was sorry, but there were only the two cashier's...... After +30 minutes in the line and only one person moved forward..... I had to get back to work......so I and a couple of folks behind me left our items on one of the 8 Unmanned Cash Register booths.
I went over to Target after work and got the items I needed and was checked out in a short timely manner......Thank You TARGET...You earned my $127.38 for the purchase.
Better Luck next time Burlington Coat Factory......one more experience like that, and you will lose my business permanently.
