Starbucks — Restaurant in Lakewood

So, today my Drink the MILK WAS SPOIL OR whoever does the morning drinks did my drink gave me spoil (experied milk) made me go to the bathroom because I always ask for Almond milk and it looked like cottage cheese(when I order on the App this location always gives me either spoil milk or something different taste I will be reporting! Because this is the 2nd time now I have a very bad tummy pain due to the milk does not taste ALmond!.and you JUST LOST A VERY GOOD customer that always tips you and treat your guys with respect! I will not be returning to this location no more!

I guess it was one time only my drink was not good but I came back because this is ny favorite starbucks now it good :) happy customers.

This is my favorite spot but I don't know what happened today my husband pick up my order today and when we both try it at home for Claudia 9:02 am Venti Caramel Frapp* both Venti drinks taste like all"WATER" I never had no issues at this location as I always tip and they always make my drinks perfect but today was not im so disappointing..I ask my husband to go back but he refuse due to it 25mins drive for us and our drinks went in the trash ..I hope this does not...

Service is on the slower side, which is understandable when volume is high. However, the staff seems to spend more time talking amongst themselves than acknowledging and welcoming customers. So the wait often leaves me and other customers staring behind the counter feeling ignored. My average wait time is 15-20min with little acknowledgement. I usually frequent the Starbucks in puyallup and with how amazing their customer service is, this one just falls flat. They are also inconsistent with drink accuracy. My vanilla syrup for my vanilla latte had been forgotten roughly half of the times I've been in here. Overall, not the worst, but definitely not one I want to come back to if I can help it.

Edit: my wait time was actually closer to 30min this time round. No hustle...

This is probably one of the worst starbucks in a 20 mule radiance. I go to starbucks 3x a day if not more i know its a sad statement i have went to this one a few times prior and remember why i rather go anywhere else.The staff are not friendly by any means. I was in the drive thru Takes 15 mins with two people in line. They made the wrong drink i unfortunately didn't notice until I was halfway down the road. I ordered pumpkin cream chi and I don't know if they put maple or what in this drink but it tasted as if I had misses Butterworth in my drink. Tried calling the store but no answer. I will never suggest this one to anyone else....
