Level Up Burger offers a unique dining experience for gamers and families alike. From the moment you walk in, it's clear the owner shares a passion for video games, and the vibe is electric—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a fun meal while indulging in their love of gaming. The ambiance alone deserves a solid 10/10, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s a great spot to bring kids or anyone who enjoys a playful, laid-back atmosphere while dining.
As for the food, it doesn't quite live up to the hype of the environment, but it still delivers a solid meal. I ordered the jalapeño burger, which was hearty and satisfying. The portion size ensured I didn’t leave hungry, but the flavor wasn’t as bold or unique as I hoped for. My wife had the classic cheeseburger, which was simple but tasty. Both burgers were filling, though the flavors could have used more of a standout twist. The garlic Parmesan fries, though filling, didn’t wow me either, though the accompanying fry sauce definitely added a nice touch.
While the food might not be the star of the show, the overall experience at Level Up Burger is worth it, especially if you're a gamer or someone looking for a fun, family-friendly spot to eat. The friendly service, cool atmosphere, and gaming vibe make it an experience worth trying. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you're there to enjoy the ambiance and interact with fellow video...
Read moreI placed an order online for dinner and decided to get the lamb burger and some fries. The order was ready within 15 minutes so it was pretty quick! The person who greeted us and gave us our food was kind and when my sister inquired about lettuce and tomato, they offered my sister some lettuce and tomatoes to take home for her burger. It was slightly confusing because the online ordering menu says it comes with it although it does not. The order was already bagged and folded closed when I got there for pick-up and I think that caused the bag to get a bit soggy.
I took my order to go, so I did not get to really take in the atmosphere, but from what I saw it was fun and inviting for a few friends or family.
Now for the food! I cannot give an accurate review on the fries since they were soggy because of the closed bag I am assuming. As for the lamb burger, it was unpleasantly salty for my palette. I tried to muscle through it, but I had to give up because it was way too aggressively seasoned and overwhelming. To be perfectly honest, the pictures online of the burgers read kind of dry and according to the look and taste of my sisters burgers, they are on the drier side. From what I understand, this location is fairly new so maybe they will improve with time and...
Read moreFirst off, like the idea of this place with built-in entertainment….however we did not use any as we were ordering takeout for the family. I ordered a bacon burger meal and buffalo wing meal for the kids, and I had the halibut and chips…… and a butterscotch milkshake. Shake was ready way before so I got to pound that hog down before seeing the food. Shake was a 9/10. Really good. Got home popped open the kids meals and they started in, wings were a tad underdone so youngest kid only had 1 1/2 before passing them up. Other kid said the burger was good. Fries….. tons of them, Cajun seasoned and plain, they were just ok. Then came my disaster. I asked the guy when ordering about the fish and he recommended the Halibut(@$18+). If I had opened this box before leaving I would have gotten my money back immediately. No joke, there were 4 fish sticks in there atop a mound of fries. The kids of fish sticks that aren’t real fish or even close to restaurant fish, let alone Halibut. Wish I could add a pic but I didn’t think to take one. So disappointed with this. I took one bite and it was gross. Should stick to burgers and shakes. I may not ever return, unless they cover my next visit. Out the door it was 65$ with a...
