They put their worst juices on sale here and donât tell you that they damage coils. The juice and all of the coils that were burned through cost me 75$ and after YEARS of buying from this place, they refused to even give a discount. And then I had the lazy lip ring employee (who acts like he doesnât care about anything and is too cool to even be there) tell me that this is how business works. No, actually, businesses take care of their loyal customers. He called his assistant manager to see if she could discount me on a new juice or coils but she said that she didnât even have the ability to do that. So why did he call her? And why did it take minutes of talking for her to even clarify that? She said only the owner can do that. Which, by the way, she didnât offer to call him. She just kept telling me to buy another juice and that would fix the situation. LADY, I WAS THERE TO BUY A NEW JUICE BECAUSE I SPENT ALMOST 100$ ON VAPE PRODUCTS FIGURING OUT THAT THE JUICE I HAD WAS RUINING COILS! All I wanted was a discount, it could have been a tiny one, anything. But they wouldnât do that, they wouldnât even say sorry. So nobody at this dumpy building is empowered to even do a nice thing for a customer. Only the owner, and apparently nobody is willing to call him. Very classy.
PS: The bigger guy with the curly hair has always been very friendly and customer service oriented. I wish he had been there because I know that he would have handled it way better.
Response to owner account: My language in my review is not really troubling I donât think. It shows my frustration. I did swear when I was in your shop due to what I considered a deeply disrespectful interaction to a loyal customer. Your response says âno additional discountsâ but I didnât get any discounts other than for the cheap juice you guys were just trying to get rid of by putting it on sale. Amazing how you canât even give even a 1% discount to a customer who has been buying at your store for years. I would have taken anything. Also, I didnât plan on coming back to your shop due to the fact that you clearly donât care about your customers considering no employee even has the ability to do a single nice thing...
   Read moreThey have a large variety of juices, many different flavors and brands ranging from low to high prices. But the prices aren't a big deal because they have the best prices in town, 10% off juice and most of the juice is on sale (around $15-$18 for a 30ml of high quality stuff). I come in at least 2-4 times per week to get new flavors and the recommendations I get from the employees get me hooked on flavors for weeks!
especially recently, I've been having lots of problems with the quality of the aspire triton coils and Megan actually listened to my concerns and pointed me in the right direction of another more high quality coil which so far has been working out great! I even bought the regular triton coil at a different ohm (.3 to a .5 last visit) and she said to come back in if I experience trouble with it again, I am going back but the coil quality isn't their fault it is aspire's fault. I was really quite impressed that I was sold some products and then told to come in if I had a problem; they really care about your vaping experience and want to help make it a positive one.
I used to only come in at the later hours of day due to my busier schedule and there was a Caucasian male with brown hair who'd be working and he was so friendly; always throwing these flavors at me to try and though it was close to closing time he didn't seem to have a single problem with taking the time to help me out it was a really neat customer service experience. now I come in at all hours of the day and I'm glad to see that almost all of the employees are just as superb. keep it up guys I recommend you to all...
   Read moreI bought two vape kits (same kit). One worked fine and the other was trash. It turned off on my co-worker (both were gifts) several times throughout the day, didn't hit nearly as well as the other ( again same kit), and leaked a couple of times throughout the day. I came back to exchange it for a better brand (didn't want to chance it again with more of the same), and was treated like a liar.
The employee said he had to see it being defective... When the hit turns off like that it's a wiring defect that will only happen randomly until it gets worse over time. It will. The tank, as luck will have it, didn't didn't leak in front of him, and the hit didn't drop (fml)...
I told him I'd buy something better then and there as these mods obviously have issues and he only smirked while obnoxiously repeating himself that he had to see it be defective. It was that smirk you see when someone thinks you're full of &%#@ and trying to pull something over on someone, and is told him I'd upgrade to a more expensive unit!
It feels nasty to be treated like that - especially when they make it so obvious with their tone.
