Cutters Point Coffee — Restaurant in Lakewood

I'm not from the area and mom brain has my memory shot so I couldn't remember the name of this place despite driving by a handful of times. After I finally figured out the name I mapped myself there yesterday and was met with the friendliest barista! We chatted for a little bit and I was on my way! I got the coconut white mocha and it was SO GOOD. It was quite sweet, which I expected with the white mocha, but not so sweet I couldn't drink it. I wanted to try a new drink today on our way out of town since the coffee was so good! The same barista was there and remembered me and wished me safe travels and was just as friendly as the day before (which I thought may have been a fluke but it wasn't, they really just are that kind!) I got an iced mocha and it is the second best mocha of my life! You can tell their drinks are made with love and it really makes all the difference. They were a busier than yesterday since it was a week day and prime coffee time, but they were still quick and friendly! Now I have to go back to CA and dream of this mocha until I can ever...

I was staying in Lakewood for a week. I saw this little place and thought I’d give it a try. The pictures of the cold brew looked so good that I had to try one. ( I’ve tried cold brews before and wasn’t a fan) Let me tell you, I got hooked. I had to get two of the Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brews to get me through the day. Sadly, I was only in Washington a week. I am now not only missing my coffee but also the two ladies that greeted me and made me the best coffee in the world. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, I recommend stopping by Cutter’s Point for quality coffee &...
