Have not been to CVS for a very, very long time and do NOT plan to visit again. No basket available on entering store so had to go outside to find a basket The store was a little dark and dingy and noticed on going to checkout, there was was trash on the floor. The shelf pricing system is hard to understand on the items that even have prices i.e. a regular price sticker then a paper price stating buy one and get one 50% off. Items are so overpriced that you are still paying too much per individual item even with the second item being 50% off. Two check out lines open and both moving at a snail's pace. The customer behind me in line said he just usually left the store , didn't realize that he meant leave the store with his items and without paying until he did just that. He walked out of the store with his items and did not pay. The two customers behind him put their items down and walked out. All of that negativity so why did I stay ? New insurance plan this year who sent me here. May consider changing plans for service this bad. My son had to use the restroom and was told he had to go to another store . I was still in the checkout line after he drove to the other store, used the restroom and drove back. WORST service I've encountered in a long time. Most frustrating part of the whole experience was the lack of price on a lot of...
Read moreWas sent to this pharmacy by my doctor on a Sunday evening because it’s a 24hr pharmacy. There was only 1 line for both pick up and drop off. The line went down the store. There was 1 Pharmacist and 2 pharmacy techs, but only 1 of the pharmacy techs was helping customers. I waited in line for 40 minutes and never even got to the counter to drop off my prescriptions. I overheard the pharmacy tech tell a customer it was at least an hour wait. This is flu season for crying out loud! If this pharmacy is going to be the designated 24 hour pharmacy in the AV, then they need to have more staff members working. People don’t just get sick between the hours of 9-5 and it’s flu season, so of course there is going to be a need for people needing prescriptions, and sick people can’t stand there for 3 hours waiting for their medicine. Like I said I waited 40 minutes in line before I gave up and just went home. I never even made it to the counter to drop off my prescriptions. Had I waited longer, I would have had to wait at least an hour after dropping off my prescriptions and then another hour in line again to pick it up. ...
Read moreTerribly long wait at the pharmacy pickup counter. Only one clerk to help a long line of customers. My back started hurting from standing in line so long i needed to sit down but the three chairs they had were occupied and placed out of the line. The carpet in this store is filthy and needs to be replaced. It smelled terrible in the store due to so much filth. I tried to come back after 9pm thinking there would be no line but still people waiting and the one clerk at the pickup window was chatting with a customer wasting time. I took video of this to...
