It was my first time going here. I used the drive-thru to make my order. I think the food is average. One of the things I didn't like is the food portions. I think they're servings are definitely on the small side. Another thing I didn't like is the customer service I received while making my order. I think the girl taking my order could have been a little more helpful. When I was ordering my food, I asked lots of questions about the menu and my order consisted of ala carte items. If she's good at her job she should have noticed that I was potentially a new customer, and therefore should have made some suggestions and pointed me to a combo that she would recommend based on my order. Was it her responsibility to make sure I got the bargain meal because I wasn't able to do it on my own? No it isn't. She didn't have to and she didn't. But me being new to the business, it would have been appreciated, and maybe even make me a returning customer. By not recognizing this, along with the small portions, made sure that I wouldn't be going back anytime soon. Time for an update: let me tell you that you have found the treasure of Birria tacos! They are hands down AV’s best Birria in my opinion. Been coming here and there since the beginning.. come out for good grubs you know your craving tacos so just come and give them a try. Thanks Luis for giving an incredible experience to me.

Previous: So two days ago I stepped foot into this gem for the first time! They have been gaining popularity throughout the town through having a food truck, opening their first taco location now a birria location! They got some fire in their eyes and a great business! I don’t say this lightly; EXTRAORDINARY customer service! They treat you like a long awaited guest and I HIGHLY recommend them! Whether you have queso tacos, a quesadilla or the need to wrap your hands around their meaty burria burritos, this birria spot is where to go! It’s among the best I’ve had in the states!
