I wish I didn't have to leave a star because to be truthfully honest, it isn't well deserved. I have been to numerous events, weddings or venues and have never had such a terrible experience. The bartender Brittany behind the bar, obviously hates her job because we all took notice in regards to her attitude towards us. My family paid for a wedding planner by the name of Brandi to plan the wedding, stay through the wedding to ensure all of their needs were met and not to disappear half way through the event. We tried to contact her, asked the employees to contact her but to no avail. Also paid an additional 3,000 for clean up after which went down the drain. Finally, we were notified she was at another wedding party and double booked herself so she left Brittany in charge. Brittany refused to compromise with any of our wishes, which we previously discussed with Brandi who we originally made the agreement with. To make matters worse, Brittany accused us of violating rules by allowing a liquor bottle in the building. A liquor bottle that was gifted to the newlyweds by someone who arrived late and wasn't made aware by the staff to leave the gift in the car. As if we weren't already perturbed, Brittany charged me for two drinks that weren't on the "open bar 1,000 limit." A limit that was supposedly exceeded within a 45 min period of time. The very same drinks I ordered came to a total of 20 dollars but another family member was charged 14 dollars for the very same drinks. I finally had enough when I actually returned to get a drink within the 45 min period, she then asked for my I.D and refused to serve me a drink even though she already had given me two. The man who was guarding the door was outside having a cigarette while I walked out of the building with water, he saw me and waited until I walked back inside to yell at me, point his finger at me as though I was a child and proceeded to tell me he "didn't care if I had water, what the hell were you thinking?" I apologized, brought him the cup, left it with him and told him there is no need to yell at me.. it was truly an accident. I have never felt so uncomfortable. To just further increase the tension in the building, Brittany decides to call the cops and tell them someone was stabbed. Approximately ten cop cars appeared, with canines and huge containers of mace. All because we were questioning why the party is ending at 11pm when we paid until 2am. Her excuse was that we brought liquor to the building, no way of explaining on how it was brought in, no way of enjoying an event we paid for, nothing but a horrible ending to what was supposed to be a memorable night. Just watched by the police while we all left and said our goodbyes like a bunch of criminals. Book this place if you want to, I don't care if it is free,...

Went in Friday 8/28. Ordered drinks. First thought was Wow this bartender isn’t friendly. She seemed a little off. Played some tickets. When we cashed them she just threw the money on the bar. Wanted some tickets from one of the bowls behind the bar. She said she doesn’t do that?? Next thing we know she gets into a dust up with a regular customer. He accuses her of being a lousy bartender and being drunk. She tells him to get out which he does. Well we had enough and so did 3/4 of the bar who got up and also left. Hope management...

Stop, sat at bar young lady was nice I put stand up to order food 15 minutes later no one came, not crowded, not busy. Bartender and people beside me very nice lol 5 minutes later still no one to order saw server once. UPDATE $35 - 1 dollar tickets Done, bartender served another 25 drinks, guy beside finished amazing looking steak, lady taco salad looked good but still NO Service I like guys who run the place but done. Last update finally got asked about food , young lady seemed very nice as well but to late...
