Lancaster City Hall — Local services in Lancaster

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, THE 4 TIMES I HAVE GONE THEY HAVE CLOSED AND LOCKED THE DOORS BEFORE 6 PM ALL 4 TIMES A MONDAY. JUST A REGULAR MONDAY NOT A HOLIDAY NO EXCUSES UPDATE THE HOURS OF OPERATIONS OR CLOSE WHEN YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOT BEFORE. RIDICULOUS THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF I THOUGHT IF I TAPPED ON THE GLASS LIGHTLY JUST OUT OF COURTESY MAYBE THE RECEPTIONIST WOULD GIVE ME A REASON AS TO WHY THEY CLOSED EARLY OR LET ME IN SINCE THEY SHOULD OF STILL BEEN OPEN. INSTEAD AN EMPLOYEE SEES ME APPROACHES THE RECEPTIONIST TO LET HER KNOW IM AT THE DOOR AND I COULDNT HEAR WHAT WAS SAID BUT THE NICE EMPLOYEE JUST LOOKED BACK AT ME AND APOLOGIZED. AS IM HEADED BACK TO MY CAR THAT SAME EMPLOYEE IS WALKING OUT THRU A BACK EXIT THEY HAVE SO I ASK IF IT SHOULD BE CLOSED THIS EARLY SHE SAYS NO I TRIED TELLING THE RECEPTIONIST BUT THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD THE EMPLOYEE SHE WASNT SURE WHO LOCKED IT.... SERIOUSLY? ???? LETS SEE IF ANYTHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE ILL GIVE IT A FEW DAYS. NOT HAPPY ZERO STARS ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE IS TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE THIS...
