I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth...
   Read moreI am very disappointed that I arranged for a design specialist to meet at my home about 5 weeks ago, from the Lansing store, she texted me a few weeks later explaining she was very busy and I said no problem, waited a few more weeks and called the store and asked if Tammie still worked there and explained the situation… to Lori, another design expert and she promised to have Tammie follow up with me and that was a week ago… I pretty much know what I want but may have to search elsewhere for furniture as no one from the Lansing store seems interested in getting back to me. It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years….    Read moreI will never visit this store again. I ordered furniture through this store in September for a home in Florida. They promised me it would be there by middle of October. They said it would be better to order through their store because they would be able to address any issues. Liars I called to ask them to follow up first leaving messages for Ken in mid October. Who by the way never returned my call. I then spoke with the manager who said she really didn't have a way to check on the status of the delivery. The store placed the order and they cant make contact with the distribution center???? If you order from pottery barn I would tell you to order on line. The customer service at this store...
