Once again, Mark out does himself not only in the quality and beauty of his work, but with his customer service and care. For my 30th Wedding Anniversary, my husband went to Mark to purchase a gift. He picked out some beautiful sapphire earrings. Mark told him that if for any reason I did not like them, we could return them. Well, I did love them but I have another pair almost identical other than the color of the sapphires. When we went to see Mark, I took a diamond anniversary band that was one of my grandmothers. It was missing a diamond and needed some repair. Mark noticed one of the other diamonds was actually not one (he took the time to show us what to look for). I thought I could add a garnet and an aquamarine in the 2 spots. We also bought a diamond anniversary band that Mark attached to a sapphire and diamond ring I got when I turned 40. For my fiancee's ring, I purchased the ring setting separately from the gem stone. I called all across town for quotes to have the stone set, and I found Mark to be 3-4 times cheaper than just about everyone else (Pawn Just Jewelry quoted me a similar same price, but estimated it would take about a week to complete). I walked in the same day, expecting the ring to be finished the day after. While every other jewelry store quoted work to take 1-7 days, Mark exceeded his previous estimate and placed the stone on the spot in only 30 minutes. I recently dropped my antique wedding ring on our tile flooring and shattered one of three matching mine-cut stones. I took it to four different jewelers in the Phoenix area where I live and could not find one place I felt comfortable leaving it or who had experience with antique jewelry. I formerly lived in Michigan, took my jewelry to Mark and was always very happy with everything he did.
