Dear Ollie is such a Lansing gem! Their inventory is so thoughtfully and beautifully curated. I have never been in without leaving with some unexpected treasure (I should just admit that it's usually many unexpected treasures). I adore the original artwork of owner, Sara, and her taste in the other artists that she stocks is fantastic.

In addition to all the great stationery, art, stickers, and gifts, they also offer unique classes, and wonderful drop in workshops. Don't sleep on the bimonthly subscription box; it's so much fun and a great value. We're lucky to have Sara and Dear Ollie...

Very poor customer service. No greating. Workers caught up in a very loud conversation with a group of people, neither one of the workers stopped to greet or acknowledge me. I came to buy some fountain pens and stickers but clearly they were not interested in providing me service. This was disappointing because I am visiting from out of town.
