I was warmly greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and he was willing to answer all questions that I had. He was very informative and gave some background behind the dishes they offer. They are still in the beginning stages of opening their business but their food is deliciously prepared. Their food is FIRE and they're some of the friendliest people downtown. Samosa chaat is ridiculously good, and all the toppings are still crispy so you know they put it together fresh. I love having cheap, fast lunch options downtown beyond sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. I hope these guys grow and expand like they're planning.
