01 August 2019 I took our Grandson and His Significant Other to look at Rocking Chairs for Nursery. The Salesperson answered all the questions the kids had and then he left us alone. The kids had the opportunity to sit in all the chairs, rock a bit and then try another chair or return to one already tried. There was no sales pressure, there appeared to be no rush to get the kids to make a decision or to rush them out the door. After trying as many chairs as they wanted they made their decision. The delivery time and date were set up, the transaction completed and out the door we went. At first the kids had not been too interested in the shopping trip. They had found a Rocking Chair on-line and thought it looked great. I agreed with them that the chair did "look " great but I'd spent several hours reading reviews and learned far more than I wanted too. I shared my findings with the kids and explained that Grandpa and I have always purchased our furniture from Clure Brothers in Laramie and the quality and service had been very good. After getting to sit in the chairs, ask questions, sat in more chairs and ask more questions they were sold on this Quality Shopping trip. They were happy with their experience and had a better understanding of why we'd gone to a real store, with real people to talk to and they'd gotten a taste of quality. Read moreExpensive recliners, but they definitely cornered the Market here in Laramie. They were great for about a week, possibly two weeks... Until they got extremely uncomfortable!! Would have appreciated more than a 48 hour window to return or exchange my new horrible furniture. It's now been several months and they have only gotten more uncomfortable. The cushioning, all except the cushioning for you head had completely collapsed after a couple weeks giving no support whatsoever where needed and pushes our head's forward leaving us with terrible neck pain. My poor elderly father is determined for them to not be a complete waste of money and has tried several items to provide adequate lumbar support. I've purchased thicker and thicker lumbar support pillows and none can alleviate the stress to his cervical spine. I didn't contact course brothers after reading I'd passed the 48 hour window. Wish I had... Maybe they would have traded the 2 recliner's for a cheaper club chair or something. Biggest waste...
Read moreI would give 5 stars but pat just gives an awful experience everytime. Luckily Richard works there is an amazing sales person. We spend a lot of money at this place and when we came in today pat acted like he was doing us a favor to help us. We told him exactly what we were looking for and we asked to see a catalog since it wasn't in the store, he says theor catalog is online. He did still show us after a huff of breath. But i was really put off with him. We wouldn't have come back if we hadn't of run into Richard outside. We know the days he works and we will only shop there when he is there.
