Update: You can see that Range told me to reach out to resolve the issue with me making a mistake and missing the return window. They have gone above and beyond with communication and offering a solution. I am actually so impressed with their customer service that I decided to just keep the hats and gift them since they are such good quality and also decided to go ahead and order a few other products off their site. You can be assured that you will get a quality product from a company that truly cares about its customers if you decide to give them a shot. I'll be a returning customer when it comes time to shop for Christmas presents.

The hats I ordered are great quality, but they are huge for me. This review is more of a warning to others on a mistake I made and not a negative review of their products, which are great. I did not pay attention to the fact they only have a 7 day return policy and let it go over it. If you are ordering to see if they fit you then be sure to return them ASAP in that first week so you get your money back. I made a $60 mistake and am stuck with hats that don't fit. Again, the hats are great quality! They just don't work...

If you can slow down in Laramie, you need to go into this shop. Met the owner and he is an inspiring, young entrepreneur that has established a unique and creative Old World business that I pray will thrive for decades to come as the world rushes to high tech.

The interior of his handsome shop is professionally done and welcoming and the smell of the leather being assembled right there in the facility is a amazing. Do you need special giveaways for a Corporate gathering? He will make you finely detailed insignias for hats or whatever. The note book and field book covers are top notch and I imagine can be customized as well. He had an amazing list of corporations he has worked with before.

We first visited Range Leather when it was a five-person operation in a garage…then and now we were so impressed with Kyle’s obvious enjoyment of the craft and his care for his customers. Most recently my husband bought me the Sierra Tote for my birthday. I loved everything about it except that it’s size was too big for my desires. I’d used it several times, so there was already indication of wear, but I thought I’d see if they’d accept an exchange. Kyle came out personally to explain that another customer would not want a used bag (I wouldn’t either!). So instead he gave us $50 off our purchase that day of the clutch bag (can’t remember the name). I was beyond impressed. He had a happy in the first place, but his customer service went above and beyond normal, and now I’ll not only shop there for every leather desire of mine but refer everyone else....
