Beware if you purchase items at both Dr ikes stores, check out the product before you buy it. Some electronics might be used they just repack it with tape and put it back for sale . Bad customer service, high prices and faulty products. Don't bother with this place. I had bought a lever for a restroom door that didn't even last a day. The latch mechanism had broken from inside and I had someone stuck in the restroom. This lever was way too expensive.
