Haute Jewels — Local services in Larkspur

Jewelry is nice. Customer service, however, is atrocious. I bought a necklace from Susan while I was in Reno Nevada at a flea market (?), I spent a few hundred dollars with her, and both of the necklaces need to be shipped out to me. Upon receiving both of my necklaces, one of them was damaged, I reached out to her to see about getting replacement, which was accepted with ease. However, the part that upsets me, is the lack of communication. I had reached out several times via text message Asking for updates, and they were never provided without being asked first, even though she said she would provide them to me when she got them. I was told by the owner that she would meet me in person to hand-deliver it to me, but upon asking her about that, she had said “oh well when I said that, I thought you were local”. I’m in the North Bay, she’s in the East Bay, it’s less than a 45 min drive.I was also told a few other things that did not happen. I am a big Anna Beck fan and Haute Jewels has a great selection! Unfortunately the ring that I wanted was sold out and not being produced anymore. It matched another ring I already had.
