We were given one price by the GM Jacob Fausto on Flat screens, then when forms all got signed it was a twenty dollar increase a month than what was quoted and printed. They quizzed our references to death with personal questions instead of staying the course of business questions to verify a history. Questions like "does this person applying have a stable relationship with their Fiance'"? These folks like Val, Robert, and the rest of the staff are totally unprofessional, and when we exercised our right to cancel within the three days by New Mexico law, they have refused to refund the 1st month's payment and so now we will be forced to let our attorney team handle the lawsuit. Read moreThey have really poor customer service. Are always harrassing you and you contacts even though you call and arrange to make payments. I go in to make payments and if they know i know another account holder they are on my back asking about them and if i have heard from them making it really uncomfortable. They lightly knock on your door and soon as you go to answer they are already gone leaving a note to contact them. Then they charge a field fee. This location is ridiculous. I will never go thru an aarons again. All the guys their suck. I even got into a huge argument with the store manager because he knew someone i did and we was going around telling them my business but exaggerating with lies so i hit him up face to face didnt nnow what to say. All in all i would really recommend just going somewhere and pay cash its way cheaper and you wont deal with the stress...
Read moreAnnoyed!! That they would have me wait around all day for their call to drop off washer and dryer on a tuesday like they said forsure! For them to tell me that the process hasn't gone thru because they havent got a hold of the reference since saturday when paper work was dropped off and references telling me they are burley today tuesday getting this call the day of "delivery" and now they needed check stubs from me that i was never asked for when i dropped off paper work but did have with me and was told all looked good to expect them Tuesday. Sorry but To me they need to be more responsible on sales/their customers or at least give a notice to let people know if their is a problem going on with the process and not have us waiting around till we call to see where our merchandise is? :( Hope all gets better once i do receive my Washer...
