I have been coming to this location for a few months and really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was a new store and Dutch Bros is my favorite place to get drinks. However, none of my experiences have been good.
First, the wait at the drive through is insane. I’ve waited anywhere between 15-45 minutes for a single drink and a light line of cars. I have been skipped multiple times so that the baristas could take their friends orders. Then when I got to the window, half the time my drink was still not ready.
As many people have mentioned, the crew is always chatting, and paying more attention to song lyrics than managing orders.
I was very excited when mobile pickup was introduced so I wouldn’t have to wait in 100+ degree weather. However, when I arrive, my drinks have not even been started yet. I make it a point to always arrive after the estimated pick-up time because I know it will not be ready when I get there.
Today was kind of my last straw, I arrived to the store after my pick-up time as usual and my order had not been started, it has actually been cancelled.

Read moreFirst off I want to state this is the exception, not the rule for this location. I can visit this location up to 4 times a week sometimes, and never have an issue. However some days earlier in the day, they aren’t open when they say they are going to be. I went by at 5:32am this morning and it was closed. Lights off, no one inside, and no cars in parking. It certainly isn’t the first time this has happened too, it’s probably the 4th time I’ve seen that happen.
TL:DR— please have your crew open the shop during normal stated/posted open...

Literally got there @ 8:16am my order wasn’t ready until 8:35am. 4 people who placed orders after me at 8:30 received their orders before mine. I’m sure my order slipped their mind it was VERY busy. I don’t see what’s the point in ordering ahead when people in drive thru, that are ordering at the moment, getting their orders...
