Colour Bar — Local services in Las Cruces

I always use the same brand of toners for my hair. The reason I go to hair salons is to get nice blond highlights so as I can do whatever I want with them later, wash and tone all over again. It always worked out for me (and I did it for years in three different countries, with different stylists). I don't know what happened at this salon but it didn't work out. The stylist said that the highlights might come out slightly different but it doesn't matter if I intend to tone them anyways. Well, nor the highlights looked good nor they would let tone them properly. Happens, and I'm not the most demanding person either. But what hurts the most and I consider unprofessional, is that when I asked if they could help me to fix it they said they would charge me again. So my opinion is that I just got bad highlights and bad advice there.

EDIT: Your stylist has explicitly said to me, that "the highlights might come out a bit green but it doesn't matter because you are going to tone them green". The other stylist who saw it has also asked about the vol used on my hair (I guess she saw what was coming). They came out GREY, but I trusted your stylist for it to work out later with the toner so I left without saying anything. In conclusion - I came for blond highlights and left with grey highlights. I was charged a significant price with no intention to help fix it later. That has never happened...

Second time coming in to see Bailee. This time I brought the entire family again. My daughter for her second haircut with Bailee and then my husband as well. She touched up my roots (even though she blended them SO WELL last time I could have waited awhile longer, but I was up here visiting so I thought might as well get in). This time I gave her the “tough task” of giving me a new hair style with a haircut. I say “tough task” because I’m the type of person that never knows exactly WHAT I want, just what I DONT want. Let me tell you what… Bailee’s creative genius, talent, and her work DID NOT disappoint!! I had some pictures for some “maybe ideas” and I told her to just go with whatever she thought would look good, easy to manage, and take care of my main complaints. The phrase “I LOVE MY HAIR” is simply an understatement. And to say that Bailee herself is so sweet, kind, caring, knows what she is doing, listens to her clients, has a heart of gold, and talented would be the understatement of the YEAR!! I truly don’t have the words to express just how amazing she is. Once again, don’t let the words master stylist or not fool you. Because she is a MASTER of her talent. From my last appointment to this appointment I have seen SO much growth in her confidence, her clientele, and so much...

This is a great place to go for haircuts. This was the second time I had gone and I'm glad to have found a place that I can settle and stay with for getting my hair done at. The staff is super polite and accommodates very well. The stylists actually listens to what I want describing the type of cut and style I went in looking for. There's no dragging out the cut nor distractions, the stylist is completely professional the entire time, the place is clean and kept up very well. Its the prime experience that I've looked for and finally found and I'm grateful this establishment exists with the professionalism that it has and the atmosphere of the shop is very open and welcoming with the modern look and vibe. My only complaint is that both times I've called the waiting time for an appointment was a bit far to set up for a date but it's well worth the wait for the quality of service and experience. I wonder if they still give free product...
