Took in 2 identical patches to put on left chest of 2 separate jerseys. To get a simple heat press and zigzag around the border of the patches. 3 weeks and days later, I recieve my jerseys. The zigzag stitch which is supposed to align the edge of the patch. It is all over the place. Pathetic & sloppy... If that simple of a request which should take you 15 to 20 minutes to do, takes you 3 weeks, you better get it Absolutely perfect. How can a business like this not handle the simplest of work orders? Ridiculous and Disappointing.. It was supposed to be done. Nov 7. It wasn't. Was told the next day it would be done. Finally picked it up Nov 9. was offered a refund from the 35 dollar charge to only pay 10. So in other words I got to pay 10 dollars for them to ruin 2, $250 jerseys. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Flat out terrible... only good thing was the girl up front with the curly hair....
Read moreMy organization recently used the Booster Club Sales program through Sports Accessories and we couldn't have been more pleased with them. We were able to offer all of our parents multiple choices for shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, decals, etc. The program ran for 10 days online and they collect all money there through the website , and at the end of that they get to work producing the orders. We picked up the order about 10 days after the end of the campaign, and I was pleased to see that each persons order was individually wrapped and labeled to make it easy for distribution. On top of all of this, they had a check ready for us that went back to our band as a fundraiser.

Read moreI hired them to embroider my name, designation, and unit on 2 scrub tops. I specifically requested fluorescent green stitching, and it is clearly written on the work order. I received the tops with white stitching. When I asked them why it was white they stated " everyone else did it that way". When I asked if it said fluorescent green on the work order they confirmed that it did. Another employee then said that my manger told her that all stitching was to be white. I then asked if the changed the orders on other customers without talking to them first. Their reply was "sorry, have a nice day." I placed the order, I paid for the order, and I supplied the shirts, not my manager. Not at all impressed and I will absolutely never...
