If I could give a zero rating they definitely deserve it. I put my trust into one of their agents to represent me in a long distance purchase. The agent only represented herself, and when there were contingencies in place that I wanted regarding repairs, I was blatantly lied to regarding them. I was sent a voice message stating everything on the contingency list for the sale was completed. I was not able to come back across the country for the final inspection so I relied on her and the inspector. Well the inspector from WIN Home Inspection, never sent me the final report. I have reached out, but I still have not received it. I was sent a video of my agent and the inspector supposedly doing the final inspection, however at this point after being lied to and going through with the purchase, after driving 2000 miles I was shocked. Multiple things on the list were in fact not done. There are somethings that aren't easily accessible, that I wonder. On top of that agreements made between me and the seller, she allowed them to change them without my consent, she just informed me after it was done, that they changed the agreement and why she was okay with it. So the zero stars would be deserving because if all agents are like the agent that pretended to represent me, they will tell that they are looking out for your best interest, when in fact they are only looking out for...
