Featherblade Craft Butchery — Local services in Las Vegas

Highly disappointed by this butchershop and would not recommend.

My husband called ahead to see if they had “hanger steaks” which are butcher cuts. They’re pretty difficult to find and only really good butcher shops have them, they confirmed they did.

My husband drove over there to pick 2 up as we live in the Summerlin area and figured we would try a new butcher shop with good reviews vs our regular butcher shop which is a little further away

We were sold 2 Hanger Steaks and upon arriving home and unwrapping them to grill: immediately noticed by looking at the cuts they were NOT hangers. Im not sure if this butcher shop thinks we are stupid but we both are captains in some pretty well nationally know steakhouses and know our different cuts of beef from our years of specialized training on cattle with some of the ranches they claim to carry.

Waste of money and worse then a usda grocery store flank steak which is what im pretty sure they tried to sell us. Not Hangers, touch and horrible. Not to mention they charged us more for this fake cut by the pound then our regular butch the Butcher Block.

Needless to say if your looking for the best butcher in Las Vegas go to the Butcher Block!!!! They are more honest and have never tried to screw customers like this.

Beyond disappointing and a waste of money, you should all be ashamed of yourselves this is not how you retain life...

About an hour ago I visited this butcher shop for the first time, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I called, Keagan was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone. When I came into the shop, both Keagan and Tyler along with the rest of the team showed me so much compassion and genuine care.

I have a big dog who will be put down in just a couple of days, and I was looking for some bone scraps to give him as a special treat. It’s been such an emotional time. These young men went above and beyond to help me. They were understanding, thoughtful, and truly cared about what I was going through. They all were speaking softly and just had HUGE HEARTS.

Their kindness meant the world to me. I left the shop with tears in my eyes, not just because of my situation, but because of how touched I was by the compassion they showed. I wish everywhere I shopped service could be like this shop's service was this afternoon. I’m so grateful to have found a place with not only great service but such wonderful people behind the counter. I will 100% be back! Thank you all so much.

I came to Featherblade Craft Butchery in hopes of being able to find quality healthy raised meats while on a work trip and I'll mention this. All of the staff immediately greeted me with a warm welcome and had me feeling like a regular even though it was my first experience there. Then when it actually comes to their products everything was marvelous, delicious, high quality and made this trip an experience. Also I'd like to mention that I have some health issues I'm recovering from to where I have to only do carnivore at this moment from auto immunity. The fact of their willingness to accommodate my needs from grinding new meat to the sanitation side really went above and beyond. They even offered to double grind my burger meat and it helped immensely with the digestive side just on the first day consuming it. After this long rant know this is THE PLACE to go to eat good, nourish you body and your soul. I'm hoping our job gets extended so I can enjoy even more! Go support your local...
