theirs a manager thats named janell i asked about a specific product that was completely empty off the shelve and she said they will not be putting it out and they were not doing anything special for me so i asked to speak to her manager she walks away saying "if you do not calm down im gonna have to ask you to leave!" few days later i go into the store and ask to speak to a manager named Danny a young short bald headed guy.. i told him my experience the other day and he was very rude told me that i cannot ask about a retail product and it was a collectible and he goes into a few diffrent stories about how collectors do all crazy stuff and he had many bad experiences with collectors and they will not put any out for me to buy i say ok and walk away he then proceeds to follow me around the store like im a theif watching every move i make i finally ask him whats the problem? He says "you have two choices get what your getting and leave or you can get 86'ed" i told him i been shopping here for over 8 years i wasnt bothering anybody and i wanted to be left alone to finish shopping he then says im 86'ed and i need to leave the store i said fine and i would be lerring the other manager Ryan know how i was treated and as were walking to the exit he keeps saying "your stupid" "your a dumb ass" their is no manager named Ryan" trying to get a rise out of me then as i walk out the front door he says "thats why your in handicapped" your a mental case" laughing refurring to my handicapped placard on my rearview mirror he found it amusing to ridicule sombody thats handicapped i then called in the next day and explained what happened to another manager and that manager explained that they had 86'ed me from the property because he claimed i stated i was gonna beat him up, if an employee feels like their in the wrong or you ask to speak to their manager they right away state "sir if you dont calm down im gonna have to ask you to leave the store" anyways with that being said i will never shop their again reguardless if im 86'ed or not what a sick person to laugh and ridicule a war vet who is handicapped for life. Dont shop here they act like their doing you a favor by letting you shop their their customer service is disturbing to say the least. Their managers are very unprofessional arrogant...
Read moreI tried for like 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. It rang and rang and rang, and nothing. But I am very happy I stuck it out, because on my third try, just as I was about to give up, someone answered! I was looking for the holiday flavored whipped cream, and online it said "out of stock", not "not sold at this store". So I just wanted to know if they were going to be getting any more in. If so, I was just going to wait for it since the next closest target that has the flavors I was looking for is 25 miles away! The guy that answered was "Dory from Starbucks" (??? my phone is so bad I literally have no idea if that's what his name was. And if it isn't, I apologize! But you know who you are!
Read moreNormally I enjoy everytime I shop here. Everyone's always nice on point and have the answers. But not so much today. Let's talk about the experience I had today. First I ask about masks and was told they're made by target, so I assume American made. Come home inside reads certified in China. Why would anyone wear a mask made from the country that brought it here, idk. Then I call to double check and Jacob, oh Jacob. As I'm asking him and I say I think the writing might be Japanese he begins to laugh. Anywhere outside of work, cool, might be funny. But not when a customer is calling with a concern because his health could be on the line. Because I do have respiratory issues and so I have to be extra cautious. So that attitude and response does not work. I will not be returning to this location as I only support those whom are supportive and understanding, especially in these times that we're going through. Some of us cant work and this is what we have "assisting" us. Sorry but these are the little things that make a business...
