This review is about the 2 individuals - Sheryl and George Durkin - who worked diligently with us through the purchasing and selling of our home in Nevada. Sheryl lined up all of the necessary contractors to make sure that the house was ready for the market. Sheryl scheduled everything from handyman to painters, plumbers, flooring, landscaping and cleaning, and then inspected, approved for payment and sent pictures of the finished work. George took care of all the financials, making sure that local, State and HOA obligations were met as well and that all paperwork was in order. George dealt with potential buyers and let us know what offers were being made with what stipulations from each. Probably the best part of dealing with these two individuals is that even with the time differences, they were always timely in answering our calls, texts and emails, they sent pictures of the work that was going on, and they kept us up-to-date on what was happening in the market around the area in which we were making our sale.
