My male friend and I went here to look at getting a simple band. It quickly turned into the most uncomfortable bizarre experience ever. The woman started out with energy threw the roof. She began to show us things that we were uninterested in, items that were in the $60,000+ range, and pressured us to consider it, because you only own somthing like this once in a life time. Her words. When I redirected us back on track she began to tell me that my body peircing should be a real diamond because "that was the only way to go" then started to give me quotes. Again redirecting us back to my simple band. She started showing us expensive lavish wedding rings, and insisted to start a "wedding portfolio" for us. My male friend and I were mostly in shock. It was like her mortgage was due and we were her last shot at a commision check. She actually offered us water that was infused by Crystal's that gave you special energy, well she tried to sell us one, referring to the water as a very inexpensive investment for such great water, ya know only $800 or so, just pocket change really.. -_- really? Now we felt cheap for wanting to drink regular water. When we finally did start to look at a band, she tried to interest us in a method called stacking. Which was to stack 8-10 bands together, and only 800-1200$ per band. Like it was no big thing. My friend got the vibe that I was getting really upset but because she wouldnt let us get one word in we couldnt break free. We finally left and were frantic flustered offended and shocked. We could not believe how highly she thought of herself, but she only made the common customer feel inadequate. So dissatisfied. When I did get up to leave she asked me why I didnt buy anything, I said " I think I'll shop around more" and she said rudely back " do we not have enough of a selection here for you to buy right now?" I replied, no and ran out the door. She did not listen to one single thing that I was actually interested and trying to sell me everything I did NOT want. I'm saddened and somewhat afraid to go back to a jeweler I had been going to for a long time. Her...

Where do I begin with the outstanding customer service and care that their employees At Huntington Jewelry exude. They are first of all very friendly and greet you as you enter, it take no time at all for someone to acknowledge you. They smile and genuinely are looking for your best interest, whether its getting to know you and what you are looking for, or if you are just looking , they will help direct you to where you want to be in their store to find maybe what you're looking for. Ashley was the employee that helped me with my watch. I was asking if they could fix it or have someone let me know if it was fixable. She explained to me their policy and that their watch maker would look into it and they would get back with me. I didn't hear from them in a week like they said they would, so I kindly went in to speak with Ashley. She immediately remembered me and Said hello, I then explained that I did not get a call so I was checking to see what was happening with my watch. She immediately got on the phone to see what was the issue. I then realized that the phone number i gave them was wrong and so Ashley corrected it and said she would call as soon as the watch maker contacted her. Ashley called back in a few minutes and told me the situation and that the watch would be back at the store in two days. Ashley called me when the watch came in and installed a battery in the watch like I requested. Ashley told me that the watch company does not have parts to fix the watch, mostly because I bought it so long ago they stopped making parts to fix it. Well Ashley did not charge me for the battery and said that I was free to go. Well how's that for customer service. Not only did they try to help me with my watch issues but they also gave me a free battery for my watch. My fiancé (boyfriend at the time) randomly stopped in this place on a whim to find a birthday gift for me a little over a year ago. Ever since then, this place and these people have become more than just a jewelry store to us. My fiancé purchased a bracelet for me as a birthday gift back in March of 2021 and after my dog ripped it off my wrist we took it back in to Huntington to fix it and they did, no questions asked, didn't even charge for the repair and even offered to remake some of it if the issue persisted! They have been beyond accommodating to my fiancé financially as well. I can't even put into words how appreciative we are of their trust in a complete stranger. Let's just say, they did what no other business out there would ever do. We began the process of engagement ring shopping late last year and knew we had to work with Jenny and her team. They are the absolute sweetest people and immediately make you feels as though you've been friends for years. After our proposal, I had to go in and get the sizing of my ring checked. They popped open a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. Truly the most fun and amazing team who do take the utmost pride in their work. I couldn't recommend Huntington Jewelers enough. We will absolutely be lifelong customers. -- I would also like to add that we went with a Moissanite engagement ring and Jenny was super supportive of our decision as well and ordered several stones for us to look at.
