Pink Desert — Local services in Las Vegas

I have been a customer of Pink Desert for a little over a year now and I have to say I love the quality of the clothing that I get here. The outfits I have I am always complimented on and I love the timeless pieces they sell.

I have also had GREAT customer service. I am here with a 5 STAR review to point out this customer service specifically.... My sister-in-law had a minor issue that the customer service team didn't quite fix.....right away.

After hearing this from my sister in law, I decided to reach out to the owner of Pink Desert. Darci fixed it in a heart beat and I couldn't be more pleased about the communication and quality of her customer service for her company!! Being a small business owner myself I know how much time it takes working around the clock. The fact that she took the time to converse with me and help resolve the issue with my sister in-law was so AMAZING. I will continue to be a loyal customer and continue to refer this company to my friends and family....

After following them on Instagram for a while, I decided to make the trek from Henderson to Centennial area to see what the hype is about. It was so worth the 40 min drive. This cute little boutique is a hidden gem. They do such a good job with their Instagram, that it draws you in. They have affordable, modest clothing. I love that they have capsules, such as Disney, Taylor swift, and Barbie. And even fall and Christmas attire. They do a great job getting pieces that are on trend for each season. If you check in you get a coupon and they are a really awesome punch card system. I went one time when they had a warehouse sale and got a few pieces for between $5-30 dollars. You can't beat it. I love the graphic t shirts, tops, and dresses that I have gotten from there. I like to shop there before going on trips and I always get compliments when I wear their clothes. Plus, the owner Darcy is so nice and the girls that work there are so helpful at helping you pick pieces that look...

I'm super disappointed with this company. I ordered online, tried on a suit for about 2 min, didnt like it and returned it the next day. I got an email today stating there was a "stain"on the suit and would not refund, return or exchange it. I have no idea how there is a "stain". This is 75$ of fraud. I would not trust this company DO NOT buy from them- if you dont like it and try to return it they will not give you a refund. *I'm editing because they did send me an email in response that they would refund me the money and that it could be their error. I have not bought anymore products from them but am willing to change my review related the the swift response from...
