I'm not even sure how this place came up first under "best ice cream near me". To make this short..we walked in and were greeted, cool. Then as we ordered, they had no bananas, then no cookie dough, and the gentleman proceeded to say "pretty much out of everything" so carelessly. Secondly, my daughter's mango chamoy not only tasted nothing like mango, the other flavor tasted like spoiled cream/spoiled milk after a bit. We both have stomach aches now. After the three young employees disappeared in the back our entire dine-in, i realized that my daughter didn't get her tamarind candy stick that came with her $8 cup. After yelling for assistance to the back a few times, they all three finally appeared. And low and behold, the gentleman says they don't have those and "haven't had them in a while " ........... then why is it still on the menu and still part of the $8 cup?! Geez. I proceeded to ask for caps for our cups to go and the caps don't fit lol - they're too big and pop right off. Lastly, I asked for a bag and they didn't have any either.. so they gave me a folded up cake box..... cool. Won't ever be coming here again. I just hope the owner(s) see this so they can hopefully make some changes. It's literally the beginning of summer here and 95° out. Sucks I wasted $25 because prior to all of this, I did tip even though they were kids joking around...
Read moreMy husband said that his Elvis rolled flavor was so, so. Which was literally two slivers of banana and two pieces of nutterbutter cookie, or shall I say one cookie. (Not to much.) Big price for such a small amount of flavor for a large $7.00 each. Then they slapped it on an ice slab (already frosted with ice) added some cream to make it spread out maybe 10x10 square. They used a putty knife (similar to) to scrap up the smashed cream to roll up maybe 5 rolls. I ordered a brownie and banana flavor. - not worth it. Not one bite tasted like brownie I was disappointed. We figured we'd try it out with the great reviews. We really liked to watch and experience the different way of making cream. Not impressed with the flavor. Reminded us of Cold Stone with no flavor. My husband made the comment he forgot his even had banana in it. I'm not sure how they stay in business. The ice cream is very dry, similar to the texture of the Dips'n Dots. Dry ice cream, sounds weird. It really needs to melt to get any type of real ice...
Read moreFirst visit and the ice cream is pretty good, I ordered a churro, it was cold asked to have it warmed, got it and bit and it was stale! Not good at all! Asked for a refund on it and they don’t do refunds, asked for a manager and I was already speaking to the manager. So stale food no refunds, not Ok! Don’t sell stale food if you’re not offering your customers refunds if it isn’t right. Disappointing!! So the manager left for the day, I proceeded to ask if this is something people purchase daily and was told yes! And always stale, yes!!!! And cold. I said that’s very deceiving for you to sell things knowingly stale for $4 and not willing to offer a refund. Advised the sweet girl that she should advise the Owner that it’s not ok to offer stale items knowingly and not offer refunds. Pissed After already leaving a tip and careless attitude from the manager who served me. $20 2 ice creams. First and Last...
