Staff is pleasant and courteous. Relatively fast visit (had to do a few things to my eyes that took a little bit of time but that was just part of the process). Got seen on time and most importantly I didn’t leave with questions. In my experience, Drs. tend to use terms that can be too clinical and we can be left wondering what certain things mean. I have been a patient for a while here. The staff is so polite, neet,and totally professional. Dr. Austin is the very best he knows his stuff! I have been going to eye Dr after eye Dr. For years and was NEVER diagnosed correctly! New Eyes is the best! Dr Austin is the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend him and New Eyes to anyone who isn't getting the correct answers! When you know something is wrong but you are not quite hearing the right answers! Once again, Dr. Austin and the whole New Eyes staff impressed me, as they always do - I've been a client for years. First, the office was as friendly as ever, and extremely well-prepared in the current COVID era, so I felt very safe. Second, Dr. Austin answered all of my questions, even remembering all of my pre-existing issues without being reminded, and came up with a treatment program (that worked!) to help heal my eye from a painful and complex problem.
