10/19/19: (I spoke with the owner and yes my previous review was very emotion-based. I put in the review the night my rings were taken within this business, however I will post the facts and move on).

this is a great business, the quality, service, and pricing is amazing. My first experience there was amazing. There is not a doubt in my mind that the owners care, they are awesome, they love what they do, and their quality and service is awesome.

it is a small suite, barely any traffic in/out, no cameras.

when I went back to see my baby’s face for the first time! 4D! I took off my wedding rings to wash hands in the bathroom there and forgot them because I was excited and the tech called me right when I opened the bathroom door (yes my problem).

after my appt, I realized I did not have my rings. We frantically searched everywhere for them in and out of the building. Could not find them.

the fact of the matter is they were taken from the bathroom. Stolen. Either by the family that was about to leave when we got there or the front desk woman. I do not have evidence or proof of who took them but they were in fact taken and I feel that there were two options as to who took them.

my rings were fortunately returned the next morning (thank god) and the same front desk woman told us a descriptive story about her finding them outside the front door. So whoever took them, returned them basically.

These are the facts, this is what happened. I don’t want to negatively affect this business, however, the fact of the matter is someone stole my rings and returned them. Whether or not the business should be held accountable is questionable. This was supposed to be the best experience of my life and due to unfortunate circumstances it turned out being a very traumatic and sad night for me.

People write reviews, good..bad..ugly. To inform. They write specific names of employees that they have had bad experiences with and even just the business itself. I know it could be detrimental, but it still happens and life goes on. I hope my new review is less emotional and slanderous but I will not step down or change my experience because this is what happened to me and it was very personal and very depressing for me and people...

The reason why I gave this establishment 3 stars was because of the misunderstanding of what package I had specifically stated that I wanted, as opposed to what I was charged for.

When I had called in to set my appointment, I was given the information of the different packages(but wasn’t told that I had to be a certain month of pregnancy for it), and I was told about the special; the $45 gender determination package.

When I had came into the office I had told the front office man that I was going for the $45 gender package.

Terri was great at taking pics of baby for me! No complaints there!

When it came down to paying, I was told $55 due to some HD pictures that were taken of my baby(without my consent). There was a slight misunderstanding on their end as to what package I wanted. That left me with a bad taste in my mouth to charge me $55 (that’s the special for the HD package which is normally $75); when all along I had opted for the $45 gender determination, etc. package.

I got home and called, and spoken with the front desk man, and told him my displeasure with me being charged $55 for something that I didn’t agree to. He told me something to the effect of the packages are chosen by the establishment due to how far along a woman is. Now, this wasn’t explained to me initially or else I would have A.) Went somewhere else, or B.) Be prepared to pay $55. He did apologize and placed liability for them because of the misunderstanding which is fine to me. He told me that he will refund me my $10, they want me to be happy, and that they will do better next time.

I don’t see myself coming here anymore. The main reason why I had came here was because this location is closer to me. I usually go to a sonogram studio in Henderson, but my car is currently experiencing mechanical issues, so this location by bus and Uber/Lyft is much more convenient and cheaper instead of me trying to catch an expensive Uber/Lyft ride, and catch the bus in this heat all the way...

I have gotten a few ultrasounds with this place in the past and I came back because I appreciated the lower prices that they offer since I do like to see my baby often. I was excited to come back this time around because I've only seen my baby once when I was 17 weeks pregnant, and I am now 28 weeks pregnant so it would have been nice to finally see her face. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for today at 11:30am and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend but I wasn't aware until late last night that his work schedule was changed and he had to go into work early. Unfortunately I don't have any form of transportation and so I tried to call early this morning to reschedule (9:30am)... no answer so I left a detailed message asking if I could reschedule. Tried calling again around 10:15am and no answer. Finally Kevin got back to me at 10:30am and I explained the situation and tried to reschedule for later today or later on this week but he was very rude and made an unnecessary comment about how he could have fit in 3-4 other people for my time slot if I would have called earlier.... extremely unnecessary and passive aggressive. I did apologize and did not expect to not be able to make my appointment this morning. On top of that, I called 2 hours before my appointment and nobody answered. I originally made my appointment late in the afternoon yesterday (around 4:30pm) and my boyfriend didn't get off work until nearly 10pm when he told me he wasn't available. I eventually canceled my appointment because I couldn't believe how rude Kevin was. I will no longer be returning here. Horrible...
