China Garden — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at China Garden, and I must say it was utterly disappointing in every aspect. From the moment I walked in, I sensed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail that left a sour taste in my mouth.

First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, making it difficult to get their attention or receive any assistance. It took an unreasonably long time for our orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was evident that haste had taken precedence over quality.

Speaking of the food, it was far from satisfactory. The menu boasted a wide variety of options, but the execution was lackluster at best. My dish arrived lukewarm and clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The flavors were bland and uninspiring, completely lacking the culinary expertise one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

To add insult to injury, the portions were shockingly small given the exorbitant prices. I left the restaurant feeling hungry and unsatisfied, both physically and emotionally. It's disheartening to see such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, especially when paying a premium for a dining experience.

The ambiance of the restaurant did little to salvage the overall experience. The decor was outdated and tired, giving the impression that the establishment had long since lost its charm. The noise level was excessive, making it difficult to have a conversation without shouting.

Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at China Garden. The combination of poor service, subpar food, and lackluster ambiance makes it clear that the management has lost sight of what it takes to provide a memorable dining experience. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a restaurant that values its customers and takes pride in its offerings.

I ordered Pork Fried Rice, Singapore Noodles, House Chow Mein, Sweet & Sour Pork, Kung Pao Three Flavor, & Four Seasons......Can I just say, I got ALL of this food for roughly only $80 including my tip. These guys ALWAYS pack the containers as full as they go, the food is fresh, hot, and delicious, and none of the ingredients ever taste old or bad...I have never received any food from here that was anything less that great. I have gotten food from this little amazing place more than 20 times...The soups, several varieties of noodles, plenty of choices of entree dishes and more than fair prices makes this place great. They never just throw a dish 2gether, each dish is made proper and is super flavorful and ample for several 2 share...This meal for example will feed the four of us for dinner 2night, maybe a bit of snacking later, and definitely a large stir fry lunch 2morrow. I can't say enough good words about China Garden. They worked so hard, through the roughest of covid times and just adjusted the way that they made sure everything was safe and sanitary. this used to be my favorite chinese place but over the past 2-3 months or so, the quality has really gone down and the prices have gotten out of control! my regular orders were starting to creep up into the $40 range! i don't know if there's new mgmt or if its just a new restaurant that hasn't changed names yet, but it has totally gone down hill. i had my regulars of general tso, beef chow fun, combination rice, pork egg rolls, salt and pepper wings, duck and noodle options, but over the course of a few months, i've been changing my orders to see if there's something else i'd liked but everything is nasty! i especially hate the change to the pork egg rolls now. my last 3 or 4 orders i had with them were garbage and i even took an order back because it tasted like it had no seasoning/flavor to it. it was a good run when i first discovered them in 2020, but i'm actually hurt i have to find another chinese...
