Service is absolutely horrible. We sat in the Drive-Thru line for about 10 minutes and it seems like they were only doing one order at a time taking the order from the drive-thru having them come up to the window to pay, and then making their food. Before they took another order. So we parked and went inside. It was 5 minutes before somebody actually took our order inside. And then we waited about another 15-20 minutes for our food. The employees inside need to be trained on customer service or they need to hire more people.
Update. Decided to give this place another try because we live literally across the street. And we wanted to try the new ghost pepper chicken sandwich, What a disappointment and we will never be back to this location had a coupon for two chicken sandwich meals. We asked the old Asian lady taking her order if we could substitute the spicy chicken for the ghost pepper she said no when the board clearly stated we could. So after trying to argue with her we just agreed to take the spicy chicken sandwich. And we ordered six ghost pepper wings. From the time we place our order, to getting our food it was 30 minutes. Which is absolutely ridiculous. When we finally got our food we sat down and I opened up the wings, they did not look like the picture there was no sauce on them at all. And after taking a bite there was no spice to those wings at all they tasted just like a regular flavorless wing. So I took them up to the counter and told the lady I wanted ghost pepper wings she said that the ghost pepper means the chicken wing. Again arguing with her telling her ghost pepper is the spice these have no spice. These have no flavor they're just plain wings. She then kept saying ghost pepper means chicken wing. Knowing that I wasn't getting anywhere with her I said just give me my money back then for these wings. She walked away from the counter and the other workers ignored me. So then I decided to tell them just give me the sauce and I will put the ghost pepper sauce on my wings myself. I don't know what kind of sauce they gave me but it was the most gritiest oiliest sauce. It was like chewing sand. Thank goodness I tried it before I put it on the wings. I ended up taking the wings home to put my own sauce on them. Also when I asked for buffalo sauce she gave me the packets of Louisiana sauce and told me that was the buffalo sauce. I don't know if these employees were trained I don't know if the manager was trained but they need a complete overhaul of staff in this restaurant. All of them need to go. They're rude they have no urgency. And they ignore you. I will never go back to this...
Read moreI love Popeyes so having to leave this review sucks but I’ve been here 3x now and every single time … the food has been nasty .. it seems as if it’s always old/sitting out… so yesterday I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot to see if that would make any difference .. and it didn’t… I ordered a chicken strip meal, a 6pc wings with sauce on the side, and a 2pc chicken meal for my wife.. the 2pc chicken was old and dry from what she said.. my chicken strips were old and hard with black underlining.. the chicken wings were so fatty and nasty I couldn’t even finish 1 (and they sauced them) I didn’t want them sauced because I know the breading would start falling off and it did… the sides were the only good thing when it came to our meals (mashed potatoes and French fries)… the service the guy at the drive thru window gave was good as well and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars… I wasn’t able to take pics of anything else due to me giving the chicken off the bones and chicken strips to my dogs
Update: I understand certain places be hit and misses but this place is consistently being a miss… I’m done and disgusted with this location .. craziest part is everyone was upset and frustrated when I walked in the door .. red flag #1 .. placed the order and went into the store because the drive thru was very long, the woman at the counter was very rude all while rushing me to get out of the way for the next customer… I wasn’t even done ordering … fast forward .. I waited for an hr for the worker to tell me all of a sudden the spicy strips I ordered are no longer available… but when I spoke to her at the counter and requested them to be made to order she stated that they just came out… why did I receive regular tenders? They were over cooked and had been sitting (roll your cameras back)… and I do have the photos as well… and this is just the description of 1 order because I did order another plate that was in the same state … i don’t recommend this...
Read moreI love Popeyes. This month alone I have spent I’ve $100 buying Popeyes because I really enjoy the food. Each time I come to this location I get a hard time with my order. I always get the same thing and I’ve frequently visit this location. When I ask for light bean they give me an attitude and tell me they can’t make it light. I waited over 25 mins for my order for the young man to give me the old chicken that was sitting there. They laughed about it and I was hungry. I asked for a refund and drove 3.8 miles to another Popeyes in an area with a different demographic and they made my order just the way I like it with no questions or attitude. Their store number is #10679. Thank god for them because my daughter and I were very hungry and we wanted Popeyes. This location needs some coaching how to be kind to customers and that everyone enjoys something different about Popeyes. They should not be nasty to hungry people. The manager did apologize however the guy in the back is thought it was funny that I was unhappy with my service. Today is 8/9/2024. I hope someone who cares about this franchise talks to the employees and ensure that they understand they are in customer care...
