Dominik and his team are known to be legends in our office. He came highly recommended, not by one, but FIVE co-workers that were able to find their homes because of his awesome skills.

My personal experience with Dominik was nothing short of AMAZING.

Dominik also helped us with selling our first home. Prior to listing in the market, Dominik did research on homes that were similar and were our potential competition. He also came into our house and helped us determine which repairs had to be done prior to selling.

He recommended a price point that made us more competitive and I strongly believe it worked -- as we had so many offers on the first day of showing. Dominik kept us updated and he saw that our house was getting a lot of attention and suggested we waited until the end of the week before accepting an offer. I'm really happy he had recommended that, as he was able to find us an offer that was more than our asking price. The house closed within 30 days.

Let’s start from the beginning that I had my property on the market over a year ago with a different realtor and due to the offers I received I simply decided not to sell and hold off on the entire process.

One day I got a phone call from Team Driven Real Estate from an agent named Rodrigo Gomez and because he was so pleasant and kind on the phone I decided to set up an appointment to meet with him and his partner Mary.

On September 17 we met at the office. Both my husband and I were pleased with the presentation from both of the agents. Again if it wasn’t for Rodrigo being the person he is so genuine, professional and kind we wouldn’t have even entertained the idea of putting our house on the market again.

Rodrigo and Mary are so efficient and professional. The same day they came over to look at our property and had nothing by positive feedback. Rodrigo & Mary were able to answer all of our questions and address our concerns of safety etc. during this pandemic. They put our minds at ease and assured us that no one will be visiting our property without our permission and advance appointment.

On October 1st we decided to put our property on the market. Rodrigo scheduled an appointment for photos and virtual video with Peter Lim. The video and photos of our property were absolutely flawless!

On October 14 our property was on Zillow ready to sell!

We had 4 viewings and got full asking price offer on October 18 that we accepted. We had consistent communication and updates of next steps daily from Rodrigo and Karen.

Karen the transaction coordinator was amazing as well. Always kept me in the loop and guided me in the right direction. She is also so nice & pleasant to work with!
