Mood - Something New
I was starving after work and knew I wanted Thai food. I saw this place and thought hmmm, what a nice addition to the area. So tonight would be the night.
Upon entering was greeted with stellar customer service. The weather was perfect and we were asked if we wanted to be seated indoors or out. Well seeing the outdoor patio from outside, I knew I wanted to be outdoors under the lights. We were ushered to a table and a cute mini memo type menu was given. Each of the entrees, tapas, appetizers, and desserts are on separate pages. Infused water was brought to the table.
That night opted for the Chicken Satay, Crispy Pork Belly, Citrus Steak Salad, Thai Doughnuts, Creme Brulee,FOB rice, Thai Teas, & Garlic Spareribs. Where does one even start when everything was a complete hit. Nothing disappointed in the slightest. Just when I thought I had my fav Thai place in the valley, Miss Nittaya's Little Kitchen let me know " Uhm no, you havent tasted nothing yet". I entertain alot of food all over the valley and the whole experience completely stole the show.
Interior is beautiful. There are several table and chairs that adorn the inside. The outside patio is perfect. Just the right amount of seating to keep it intimate, but enough seating for everyone to enjoy themselves. Lights are strung along the open air ceiling to provide that extra flair. Everything was very clean.
Would def recommend - pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. All of the food is brought out beautifully plated. This location is the little sister to the Secret Kitchen. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. My table was continually taken care of. I love great customer service. You could actually tell that the employees enjoy working here it came across very evident in the service that...
Read moreThis place has the best Thai food I've experienced in Las Vegas. It's clear they heavily care about their ingredients and the quality of their food instead of cash-grabbing with lesser quality ingredients. I appreciate that. It's why I've been here at least a dozen times. I won't post any photos because other reviewers have already done a great job at that.
The service is always top-notch. Courteous, timely, and effective. They're the benchmark. Other restaurants should take note.
The atmosphere is not bad. It's a relatively small dining area, but it's cozy, warm (figuratively), and inviting. I recommend eating on the patio because of the overhead string lights. The bar is also a solid choice for eating -- I can't speak on their bar offerings because I don't drink alcohol. Their fruit-infused water is excellent and always refreshing. If you don't like it, please feel free to grow up. Overall, great ambience.
This location has been a Thai staple for me since I moved here in 2021. It will likely be my last meal in Vegas when I move elsewhere.
I know a huge part of their success and consistent quality can be attributed to Josh, their manager. Great job, Josh. Keep up the stellar work. To Josh's superiors: I don't know what you're paying him, but it's not enough!
PS -- Try their Khao Soi. No one makes it like Nittaya does! Every other restaurant's example pales in comparison to it. That said, you won't find a single bad item...
Read moreHow we didn't find this place until a few months ago is criminal. Cute little place kinda hidden away in the northwest valley. My wife suggested it to me a few times weeks before we finally went because I'm not necessarily a Thai food fan and was hesitant. Man, was I wrong! Even our less favorite things in the menu are still great - just not our cup of tea. Things can be spicy but on many dishes you can choose the spice level from 1-5.
Lots of Tapas to choose from and often times we just split a few of those instead of going for entrees. There's a limited lunch menu that has excellent choices for only about $14 per. They also have a Happy Hour which we don't happen to attend because the limited menu there doesn't include our favorites but the prices are tremendous and, like I said, everything is good there.
Their wine list is wonderful and very reasonably priced.
Our standards are the crispy pork belly, fried spinach, Kao-Soi and lamb chops. Honestly, the chef is a sauce master. This place is more like a gastro experience than a take out Thai place. Set your expectations accordingly.
We really enjoy Kyle as our server but whoever you get is very attentive. (We actually went to their other location on West Lake Mead and found the service to be a bit...
