Keller Williams VIP — Local services in Las Vegas

Horrible service, Rude, nasty attitude and has a really bad customer service overall. Now I want to be clear that thus was how my experience went down with trying to get some help. I called for a staright week to get some assistance and this staff by the name of Jake that works at this office kept hanging the phone up on me. I called again and in the middle of me talking he hangs up. He did that to me every TIME I called. So to test out my suspicion if this was only towards me on a personal level I had my brother called for the same property and guess what Jake assistanted my brother by transferring him to a agent to further assist him. I immediately called right after and Jake answers and realize it's me and hangs up. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use these people if you need help looking to rent. They only want to work with you if your buying a home. They want you to pay a fee thats $300 to keep you updated on the status of your application to a house you want to rent. How I see it is your either qualified on not from the home owner or the management team thats overlooking the property. Because I didn't want to pay that fee I was black listed or so it would seem cause after I said no I received no kind of help and a MAJOR RUNAROUND. Anyways glad I didnt get con out of $300 dollars and decided to use another company that helped me. And instead of me renting I ended up being a FIRST TIME HOME OWNER!
