I am leaving this review in hopes that it catches the owner's attention. I am a Vegas native, born and raised. I have been coming here since I was a child. Before my last visit, I have had a great experience EVERY TIME. The young men here are very knowledgeable of all the jewelry and stones and always help SO MUCH. I can honestly say they have an answer to every question I've come at them with.. which is amazing!

I COME IN LOOKING FOR GOOD ENERGY AND I GOT SO FAR FROM THE OPPOSITE... BAD, BAD, BAD FROM THE MANAGER. Of course the young guys who are still there, are who I looked for and they helped me.. but with the way she treats them, who knows how long they will all be there. I would leave.

When I entered the store this last time, I could tell the energy was not the same at all. The lady at the front was unkind and talked to every employee, including her daughters like they were incompetent. She had her teenage daughter's pricing things at the front, half the stones weren't labeled right and things weren't in it's right place, she gave every person a judgemental look as they walked in and had all the employees and her daughters following every customer as if they were going to steal something.. she was also storming from the front to the back being very unprofessional and treating the employees horribly. She even spoke to me like I was dumb. When I checked out, I asked her what happened to the older gentleman who worked there.. scoffed at his name and proceeded to tell me that he was not the owner, he was the former manager and had passed away.

I loved coming in, and clearing my head, and looking at all the new jewelry that comes in.. but I can't say that I will be returning anytime soon as she made me feel very unwelcomed and disrespected. If I do, I know who I will be avoiding. To everyone who wishes to visit, I highly recommend speaking to any of the younger guys. Chris is very awesome! Maybe make one of them the managers😉

I do not know the ins and outs of the business, but those guys have been there a long time now. I'd hate to see this place lose more business, and it's wonderful employees.

Side note.. she also bagged all of my 5 stones (including jewelry) in one ziploc.. I immediately took everything out so nothing...

I'll start off by saying I love visiting this store, they have great prices and usually have exactly what I'm looking for, if not more. My main issue I've had whenever I visit is the horrible energy some of the people who work there have. We were just in today and the whole time my partner and myself were walking around it felt like we were being stared down, mostly just by one specific person working there. When we went to check out, that same person came to help us, while collecting the stones we were buying she was lecturing the other employees about what they were doing wrong, while I noticed that all of them were helping other guests. I think its just a rude thing to not only belittle your employees but to do it while you yourself are helping guests. This woman spent the entire time ringing us up telling them how they're wrong for doing whatever it was they were doing, while one girl was wrapping up a large piece for the man in line behind us, talking to her like she's stupid. I get it if she didn't want to help us, and we were waisting her time because we didn't go in to spend our entire paychecks this trip, but like get your business taken care of before you offer to help a guest. It's weird and makes the energy in the store weird and awkward for everyone. If you're looking for a crystal store with a huge selection of amazing things (and some terrible artificially colored things) and can ignore this sad blonde lady's bad vibes, by all means give it a visit, I guess. I recommend going to Queendom Cultivation instead, it is black owned and a beautiful store. I'll be happier to give them more of my...

This store is a must-visit while you're in Vegas! You won't regret it!

Plan to spend a few hours there because there's so much to see. You'll encounter specimens that you usually only find in books, including open amethyst cathedrals that are larger than a human!

If you’re spiritual, you'll want to be there. The energy inside the store is phenomenal, and you will experience a vibration like never before, raising your frequency to a new level. You simply have to visit!

This store has everything and anything you could ever imagine. If you're passionate about rockhounding and collecting, then The Jewelry and Mineral Store is the place for you! It is filled with unique, one-of-a-kind specimens, including rocks, fossils, minerals, jewelry, accessories, small display pieces, and massive geodes that you've only seen in books, perfect for the curious collector.

Their prices are reasonable enough that even a child with an allowance can buy their own small geode to break open! It’s a great place to grab a souvenir while visiting "The City That Never Sleeps," my hometown, Las Vegas, Nevada!

[Wow, I can’t believe you’re still in the same location! This is my favorite store to visit in all of Las Vegas. Thirty years ago, when I turned 21, my boyfriend took me there to pick out my birthday gift—a silver necklace with an aventurine pendant wrapped in a silver setting. I...

This place literally took my breath away! I am a huge rock/crystal enthusiast, born and raised in Las Vegas and had no idea this place was even here. The sign says "Not just a store but a Museum" and that is 100% accurate. They have some of the biggest and most unique and speicalized pieces I have ever seen. The staff is super knowlegable and friendly. The only complaint I have is that I didn't budget enough time because this place is enormous. It looks like they may have gone thru a series of expansions because everytime you think you've seen everything you find another secret door. Nowhere else in Vegas will you find anyting close to the assortmant of stones and crystals that they have here - they also have a big assortmant of fossils and various idigenous art pieces that are really amazing. And the prices are so much lower than anywhere else in the Valley. I wish I had taken some pics inside the store but we were rushed. But here's a pic of the little assortment I purchased. Absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back!!

Wow! Where do I start?!? The customer service was AMAZING from the moment I walked in the door! Everyone is friendly and Uber helpful! This is the largest crystal “shop” in the nation!!! It’s just room after room after room of every kind of crystal you could imagine!! I will DEFINITELY return!!!! Check out was also easy! The lady at the front (mad I didn’t ask for her name) was an expert on knowing the crystals by sight! I even overheard her explaining what certain crystals were good for- to other customers. The energy was FILLING! I was overwhelmed with energy from all of the crystals in there! 🥰 They also have aloooooot of cultural art - which I also loved. I am a black & covered Muslim woman… there was not ONE side eye or funny stares. Again all of the staff were friendly pleasant and welcoming! I’d say more but I’d just be getting redundant lol Oh wait… just in case you can’t make it to Vegas…… they DO ship!!!!!!

Amazing is all I can say. What a find! I was brought here by a friend who lives in Las Vegas and stops in once a week "to feel all the good energy" in the store. I meandered through room after room of different types and sizes of geods and crytals including 6 foot high amethyst geods. There is one long room with loose stones and strings of beads that are perfect if you're a jewelry maker or a crafter. There is another long room which is entirely amethyst geods. They also have unique finished jewelry in the glass cases at the entry, and huge Thai and Buddha statues for a house or garden. The local owner is on site at the store and is very helpful with pricing, special orders and arranging deliveries across the US. Be sure to check out the back patio with a crystal ball about 6 feet in diameter. Hot tip: kids love the store and it would be a great outing for any age children from elementary age to teens.
