The main issue is not that the color wasn't what she expected, but after posting a picture of the finished product in a Facebook group, there were a few comments about this young lady not being "attractive". We all know the internet is full of trolls and mean people, but when the owner and the person who did the work found these disgusting comments "funny" is totally unprofessional.
