Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Lathrop

Update: I've noticed new staff and much more selection. I am very satisfied with the changes made. Customer service is great, fresh produce selection is great. Speed bumps were added as well.

02/25/25: This is my main grocery store. On a normal day, I use self checkout. Today however, I went to a cashier to checkout (Arianna HC). She asked if I wanted bags and I told her I brought some. I gave them to her. She rang me up, I paid, she handed me my receipt, and walked away to make a phone call using the phone on the wall. I waited, she never came back to bag my items. When this store first opened, I dealt with a similar situation when the cashier laughed at all my fresh produce selections because she didn't know what they were. 3 star for selection and convenience. 2 star for customer service. Only 2 men and 1 woman are consistently helpful and professional. The others are just there for a paycheck, doing the very minimum they must do to get paid and...

So I love their sandwiches but today I ordered 2 sandwiches and mine was completely wrong I never eat tomatoes or lettuce so I went back in and had them remake it so my order says mustard yet no mustard plus barely any meat really 2 small pieces folded over I get these sandwiches at this location often and I have never had this experience also on she remade it she asked her co worker what does she do with this like y did it take you 1 mint to discuss just handing me the sandwich when all u did was hand it to me said oh we r sorry like just gave me a rude stare and went on with your day sorry to be a Karen but 8 dollars for this is kinda ridiculous when your sandwiches have been better than Safeway and savemart like the smallest avocado and the driest piece of bacon sorry for wanting a good sandwich but that would be the 3rd time going into the store for them to make it right when clearly my label...

First time going into the store yesterday the store overall is very organized very clean. The staff seems very friendly (deli/cashiers)

This review is for the management McKenzie It’s giving mean girls and it shows.

As far as the management team goes I feel they are very unorganized and there is no communication and no character of a manager !!!

I feel sorry for this store if this is their management team, I have been in management for years and this is something that would never happen.

Plus all these reviews of lack of service and lack of quality falls on the store and assistant manager maybe less time chatting and giggling and more working with your staff and your customers?

Sorry sprouts lathrop but you won’t be getting my friends family or my business!!! I’ve already told a few people they were just appalled I’ll just go to Stockton Sprouts like I always have they treat every customer...
