Tonight was one of my worst experiences at a chic filet ! Not only was drive thru employees not at all familiar with the menu they didn’t have a menu at hand for us to see until we pulled up to the lighted menu board and we repeated our order three times only to have them make some mistakes and over charged us for a meal I didn’t request or want and my husband wanted the Mac n cheese instead got fries. Yet the most devastating part was that I ordered the grilled chicken and a quarter into biting it I noticed the chicken was pink with mild blood in it and so I got out of my husband truck to approach the manager at the drive thru and she rolled her eyes got another manager who stepped in a young man who took off his name tag and refused to give me his name he told me that my sandwich wasn’t pink even though clearly it was and said I will refund you for the sand which yet I explained how I didn’t ask for fries and was over charged and he said oh well mam all you get is a refund for the sand which the other part isn’t my fault ! And said that I’m lucky that he is refunded me for the sand which and as he had a nice young lady employee refund me I asked him why couldn’t he refund me for the fries and provide the Mac n cheese my husband ordered he told he was already going against company policies to refund me and that he was not gonna make the order right and he then went ahead and said I’m the manager of this place and we make our meats to temp yet indeed that may be true mine was pink and the Mac n cheese was still not given and I didn’t ask for fries and he said “ look you have a phone in sure your smart enough to google corporate and file a complain ! What manager says that to a customer ! I then told him that he didn’t have to be rude and he said “ well I appreciate your opinion (sarcastically ) as he clenched his fist that had his name tag on it so I couldn’t see his name and he then said you can now go ! I am not refunding your or making the order right! It’s not my job to fix it ! First off it’s important that no matter where you work yet as a manager to never talk down to a customer let alone refuse to correct your mistakes ! It’s not the customers fault that your food quality was poor and the customer service was poor . I really hope that chic filet should carefully choose people to work for a company that wants to value their customers and provide customer service that is exceptional so customers continue to come back yet all the things he said tonight and all the things he refused to correct showed lack of integrity and respect for...
Read moreI ordered ahead through the Chick-fil-A app and checked in as soon as I arrived. I scanned the QR code with no issues, and everything seemed fine at first. But as I waited, I watched at least eight cars in the regular drive-thru get served while I sat there completely ignored in the mobile order lane.
Nobody acknowledged me, no updates were given, and it became clear they had forgotten about my order. It wasn’t until a manager noticed a bag of food sitting out and started asking around that they realized it was mine. It had been sitting there the whole time.
This is completely unacceptable. Chick-fil-A is known for excellent customer service, but this location clearly doesn’t meet that standard. The staff seemed untrained and disorganized, and management needs to take accountability. I’ve heard multiple complaints from friends and family about this location—and after this experience, I understand why.

Tonight I received horrible service. My neighbors as well. (4 separate households stopped for a meal), none of us will return. One neighbor called to complain and a worker pretended to be a manager “Ilene”, then a “Kevin”, saying he was the actual manager. He was just as rude and condescending. I, Myself, was treated poorly in person, and both neighbors were served undercooked food, it appears they are rushing or cooking too much at once due to lack of proper training. Staff needs better training on professional. It’s sad in 2025 we have to “train” people on how to respect one another.
