I am highly disappointed in this Starbucks. It's either the services is exhaustingly slow or the customer service is completely non existent.
I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes before I went inside (estimated time for pick up was 9-12 minutes). When I get inside, there are only two people in line to order, everyone else is standing around. It's not my job two distinguish between who is waiting on a mobile order or waiting on their in store order.
I walk towards the side of the counter where they hand out mobile orders and I can clearly see my order with my name. A berista places three more drinks near mine but doesn't call any names. I've now waited 20 minutes. I figured I would ask the next berista who passed me to grab my drink for me and as I proceeded to do so, he replied back with "That's nice" and went on to helping someone else! He finally handed me my drink and I said to him, "Don't cut me off next time boss" and his reply was "that's nice, I talk to people how I want." This happened on 5/6/22...

I study at this starbucks for 6+ hours because it feels like home and I don’t feel out of place for studying there for many hours like I have at other Starbucks locations. The baristas make me feel so comfortable and welcome and are always so happy and helpful when I’m ordering. I constantly wondered what made them so different…..until I met the manager Ami Liu today. Goodness, she is the sweetest ever. We chatted over a confusion on the stores refill policy, which she cleared up and explained to me in great detail, and even printed out the policy for me to keep. By the end of our conversation, I was convinced she is the reason all the baristas are just as amazing! I’ve never written a review for anything in my life, but the amazing service I receive at this Starbucks made me come online to find out how I can write this small message. Thank you Ami...
Read moreThis morning, I mobile ordered two drinks from this Starbucks and picked them up at the drive-thru. One of the drinks was supposed to have banana cold foam, but it was missing. I informed the male barista at the window, and he said he would remake the drink and bring it out to me if I parked in front of the store.
I waited for about 7 minutes, but no one came out. I eventually went inside and found the same (unremade) drink sitting at the pickup area, still without the banana cold foam. I told another barista that someone was supposed to remake it and bring it out, but they simply read the label, handed me the same drink, and said they’d bring out the cold foam.
I was then given a separate cup with vanilla cold foam instead of the banana. Overall, it was a terrible experience and...
