Starbucks — Restaurant in Lathrop

The employees here are very friendly so hate to complain. The drive thru is great service too. They work hard and try to do their best. I don't really blame them, I assume the issues are above their pay grade.

This store is always out of something; ie. straws, cups, and other things. Why can't these shortages be borrowed from another store? I started going to a different store and they're never out as much as this one is so often.

Also, the parking is annoying. First thing in the morning, I want to park, pick up my mobile order and go. Instead, every morning I had to park way back and hike to the store to grab my $5 drink because all the employees park in the first set of spots right next to each other. They should park adjacent to the dumpster. Save the first island of spots for customers. Most retail stores have that policy.

im very disapointed with the service i experienced here today, there was only one young lady working there and i felt really bad for her, but it took a very long time for our drinks to come out, and she mest up on my drink after i told her several times what i wanted and she wrote it on the cup, she gave a dark chocolate mocha, so i told her that i asked for a white mocha and she didnt even apoligize she just made a new one which honestly tasted horrible i asked her to add an extra pump of caramel syrup and she didnt do it, and it was extremely strong, im a huge starbucks fan and i always get the same thing and they have never made this drink as nasty and strong as this young lady made it, and i was honestly not about to wait again just so she can make my drink again or return my money back so i left. my two other drinks came out...

I've gone here at least a couple hundred times over the past couple years or so; I've had 1 bad experience here and that was with an employee in training who had to remake my drink twice and it ended up fine, I lost ~6 minutes of my time but I was relaxing that day anyway and just watched some YouTube on my phone anyway. Also, as far as I'm aware, that employ hasn't worked at this location in months anyways.

Tl;Dr this location makes the drinks really well and fairly quickly. That's all I can ask or hope for aside from maybe free drinks so... 5/5

PRO-TIP: Btw this is inside target so there's very often cartwheel app 20% or 25% off on top of the normal Starbucks and Starbucks app deals. Essentially I have gotten free drinks over time since I'd buy them regardless....
