Oakland Shopping Center — Local services in Lauderdale Lakes

So many fond memories of this place. So much diversity. This was where my first school used to be, where I got Chinese food at Silver Pond's, where the sub place, travel agency, Sunshine Kids school uniforms used to be, and where my mom would do her errands. Glad that this plaza is still up...

I was dismayed that the rundown condition of the shopping plaza was indicative of the quality of the Kirin Restaurant there. Luckily, I went to Kirin's anyway and was pleasantly surprised. But unless they update the shopping plaza's look, the Vendors are going to miss out on alot...
