This was truly a great experience at Cowboy Maloney’s. My sister was giving me a. Stove for Christmas and she tried sending it from a store in Baton Rouge. No luck. They could only send it to her and she would have to send it to me. WHAT! This was a store there that also has a branch here that also has the stove I wanted. So she sent me a check. I tried three stores to ask about the stove and two don’t deliver to this area. One didn’t even answer the phone. So someone suggested I call Cowboy Maloney’s. Said they heard their service department is great if you have trouble. So I called. Gary answered the phone and that was it. No problems. He took the time to check and since the model I wanted was not at his store he called and found it somewhere else. I am now getting the stove I wanted. Thanks to Gary for taking the time and being kind to a customer. Hey they even deliver to me. Thanks to my sweet sister and brother...

I advise anyone shopping for a mattress set, "Do Not" waste your time or money buying one from this location. In March 2015, I paid CASH for a supposedly reputable brand (Sealy North Bay Firm Queen Mattress set) and as of today it has been replaced 3 times. I cannot recall what the problem was with the first 2 mattresses but the last mattress had wires sticking out on the sides after a few months. Since the original mattress was no longer available I was offered another style at an extra price.(Really??). It took the store about 3 weeks to find a mattress of same price. It was just delivered and is definitely of less quality than the original purchase. I thought the Policy of Better businesses was to replace a product with the same item or better not with something less than. Evidently this...

Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable on their products and services and never pushing you just to get a sell. Mr. Ollie, Manager, did an outstanding job with being courteous, kind, and very informative about the product that I came there to look for. I had planned to return to Lowes to purchase my washer and dryer, but after going into Cowboy Maloney and getting the VIP treatment, I couldn't go anywhere else....They were sensitive of my financial state and I was able to walk out with the purchase of washer/dryer and a delivery date that worked around my work schedule....If your looking for any kind of merchandise for your home, Cowboy Maloney is the place to buy...
