I went to this location on 7/2/25. I stood in line just to ask for the sensor to be removed so I can try on a bathing suit that had a sensor connecting both pieces. The cashier told the manager that I wanted to try the bathing suit on but it had a sensor. The manager told the cashier I had to buy the bathing suit in order to remove the sensory, then I can try it on. I looked at the cashier in confusion and frustration. I felt embarrassed that I had to buy it just to try it on. The better option would’ve been to add an additional sensor to the bathing suit to make sure both pieces had a sensor. Other customers behind me had remarks on the situation as well. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. I purchased the bathing suit, and then had to stand in line to wait for the fitting room to become available. I was so frustrated after trying the bathing suit, it didn’t fit and I wasn’t going to stand in a line for the third time just to return it. I would give today’s experience a zero...

I don't like what I just witnessed today and I love this store but wrong is wrong and right is right! The store currently have signs on the door stating that they don't have any bags. I was here yesterday and made a purchase. I had to carry all of my items out by hand. I didn't make a big deal because I keep bags in my car. I had to return a few items today. The cashier was Spanish (this doesn't matter to me but I'm about to make a point). There was a customer ahead of me being waited on and she was Spanish as well. The cashier went behind the other counter and mysteriously found a bag and made sure to accommodate her. Now how does that look to other customers like myself?? I even seen a lady yesterday that was in the line behind me come out with a bag. This is isn't right! No one should get bags if everyone is not being accommodated. Just something to...

Lost 1 star because they have only two fitting rooms open every time I go. Then there is the restriction on only 5 items. Smh. Otherwise, excellent prices, store is clean and organized. They pretty much excel in all areas. No major complaint other from the lack of open fitting rooms. Not sure why they have the ones in the back closed and there’s always a line and a long wait to use the two in the front. Management should look into this ASAP if they want an improved...
