this is the closest chipotle to my home and because I love the food, I've been trying to still go there as often as I can. however, after today I'm done wasting my time. I always place my orders online and wait for sufficient time to fill my order before going there. every single time though, I'm left waiting for my order to be created AFTER I arrive instead of waiting for me. Today, I placed an order at least 35 minutes before showing up. Order was simple and just 1 burrito bowl. I arrived and quietly stood by the register waiting for the cashier to check out a lady who had been ready to finish when I arrived. Before she was done with the lady though she quickly asked another man, who stood on the other side, what his name was for his order and totally ignored me. I'm trying to be diplomatic but the man was Caucasian while I'm not. when I said I came first and she didn't ask me, she insisted that she thought I was just in line like a regular person. There is no way that's possible because I cut straight to the register in front of a long line of people and I was carrying no bag or anything so I clearly was there for a pre-paid order. she then proceeds to look for my order and sure enough, it was still not made! when she told me that, I rolled my eyes and she asks, what is wrong now? I said I don't understand why my order isn't done when I placed it almost 40 minutes ago. She then just tells me well we're busy to which I replied yes and that's why I have sufficient time for my order to be prepared. The app had given me an earlier time for pick up and I deliberately chose the later time based on past experience. Regardless, I'm now officially gone to my last chipotle order because this is unacceptable especially for a chain that has already experienced significant issues with customers this year. I'll take my money to entities that respect me and my...
Read moreWas having complications using the mobile app the phone number just direct you to the national customer service for Chipotle so good luck contacting your local restaurant if you have a question as well as the AI for the customer service line is not that smart E I was in a little bit of a situation I had ordered through the mobile app at a designated time to pick up however I got a flat tire on the way there had to wait for the boyfriend to come and fix it after you got off work making my order a hour and a half lonelier sitting on the Chipotle pickup shelf I wasn't having any luck calling customer service seeing if they could remake my order since I am a frequent Chipotle customer however I just had no other option but to go to the store location myself. I was nervous in regards to the response I would get once I explained the situation I went back and forth with my boyfriend but he did. Okay now that I have explained a short story I'll get to the main point play shift manager named Tim was like a breath of fresh air &for once humanity was not dead. He was calm inviting understanding and willing to satisfy the customer. And those are the type of people that we need more in this world when you wake up in the morning you have two choices, you can either choose to be a positive effect in hopes of it spreading on or decide to self-indulge, for your own benefits. Tim went above and beyond as well as his team, Date: 02/19/2024 Time: approx. 9: 30 P. M ( Raise is highly recommended if you want to keep a gentleman like this around...
Read moreI love chipotle but be prepared for SLOW service at this location. I am from out of town, I travel a lot so I have been to quite a few chipotles, never have I waited this long. I am a patient lady, but there is no reason why I should be waiting close to an hour for a burrito, quesadilla and guac. my son used the app to order, we didn't walk in until 5 minutes after the time we selected to have it ready. And the we waited... and waited. it was a bit busy, but the workers were incredibly inefficient. Since we waited so long, I watched them start on an item, walk away, and a different worker would finish it? I don't understand how that makes sense, also explains how our order came out completely wrong, but I'll get to that. People coming in after us shoved in front of us and their their orders were prioritized... they didn't start on our's until we finally got the chance to get the attention of the manager. He was very apologetic when he handed over our order without us even mentioning our situation, he saw us waiting there and being pushed aside for at least 45 minutes. I should have checked the bag before we got back to the hotel because we had two burritos instead of one, neither with what I ordered, a quesadilla with none of the sides that were ordered, and no guac. I didn't have the energy to go back after that, thinking if we'd even be...
