I have a new car. I purchased the membership so I have been running my car through the automatic wash at least once a week for 6 months. It has damaged the paint and its finish with lots of scratches and swirls.
I think I will be able to fix it with a good cutting compound and follow it up with a good polisher and wax/sealer, but the days of using auto car washes are over for me.

If it's not going to operate properly then the service shouldn't be offered and they shouldn't be taking our money. No service no money just the same as no money no service.
