I recently went to Cellaxs to get my phone screen repaired after I dropped it. The process was pretty smooth overall. The staff especially Mahamad greeted me right away and explained the different options for replacement parts (OEM vs aftermarket) along with the prices. I appreciated that they were upfront about the costs.

The actual repair only took about 30–40 minutes, which was faster than I expected. When I picked up the phone, the screen looked brand new, and everything was working properly — touch response, brightness, and Face ID...
