When I entered the store to pick up an order, I was not greeted or acknowledged, despite several employeesâespecially one named Nancyâlooking directly at me. While I understand that the staff were assisting other customers, a simple âhelloâ or âsomeone will be right with youâ would have been courteous and appropriate.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that a couple who entered after me was approached by Nancy once she finished assisting her previous customer. She asked them, âCan I help whoâs next?â and they had to point out that I had arrived before them. I also spoke up at that moment, yet Nancy proceeded to help me with a clear attitude, acting as if I was inconveniencing her. Her demeanor was cold and unwelcomingâfar from what I would expect at a jewelry store known for its customer experience.
This encounter left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Nancyâs behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, and I strongly believe she would benefit from customer service training. If this is the level of service to expect, I will not be returning to...
   Read morethis store is horrible the sales person camille r was horrible ignore me becuse i was black when i demanded attention then she acted so nonchalant as if i was bothering her then when i finish my purchase of my 4 charms and asked for my bracelt to be cleaned she told me whe would call me in a hr and never called . then when i came back and asked for my stuff she acknowledge me walking into the store sd she would get my braclets and then procedded to go on break and never retrieve my braclets then when another rep Lorraine the best worker there went to get my bracelts (while she was off the clock) when i told her how my braclets were not clean she took the time out to fix her coworkers total disregard for a customer ...she took her time and meticulously cleaned my braclets .....and was so nice while she was not even being paid for her time and the worker on the clock camille went on break and left me ther with a blatant slap in the face ....i am going to be wiriting to whoever i can racism is not ok...

She's in a nursing home an I wanted to surprise her with it..I was greeted by a older African American woman short lady wearing a short afro. Im African American myself so this has nothing to do with color. I just want to describe her. I ask for the bracelet to be cleaned she stated we cannot clean it during the holidays we are to busy. Mind you their were about 3 customers in the store aside from myself. It would have taken her a few minutes just as it would if I was purchasing something. I will not return to this particular store nor will my family as we have spent alot of money here an to be treated in such a way.
