I visited Victoria Secret today 12/30/22 at the Quakerbridge Mall location and had the absolute worst encounter with Alexis. She was confrontational and absolutely outrageous.
As I was shopping in the Pink portion of the store she and other associates were talking and unpacking boxes. Our eyes met as I glanced up from shopping and she went berserk. With every ounce of disgust, she gave me the nastiest look and asked me if I needed something. When I got over my shock and told her no Alexis continued - well why you staring at me then? I told her - our eyes simply met; you need to get over yourself. Feeling embarrassed and showing off at the same time Alexis resorted to asking me if I wanted to leave the store. Genuinely perplexed I asked her who was going to make me leave and she responded by saying she would call mall security. Even though I was highly offended by her unwarranted and childish lashing out towards me, I did not overreact or inappropriately respond, though I believe she expected me to. At that point I just walked to the Victoria's Secret side of the store to finalize my purchase. I had no idea that the customer in front of me would relate to the cashier who was also a manager, how awful Alexis treated me. I was comforted when I found out she spoke up for me. When I stepped to the register, the manger then asked me to relate to her what happened, so I did. I reached out to VS by email and their feedback survey.
I was just so disturbed about Alexis's attitude. I couldn't believe she felt so confident in being able to have mall security escort me out. I believe that she was confident that I would automatically be seen as the aggressor because of my race. Sad.
I don't think I'm going to return to this VS location. This girl was way too bold and ridiculous for her behavior to be uncommon. I don't know if corporate and upper management appropriately address such complaints. I hope so but it just doesn't...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. The store was disgusting & had the worst customer service ever! Went in there to buy multiple items. I was not greeted or spoken to by anyone. Promotions were not mentioned to me. Everything in the drawers and on top of every section I was shopping in was a mess. So if you aren’t focusing on tasking idk why the customer service was so poor. When I brought my items to the register in the pink section the girl snatched all 8 items out of my hand, scanned them and tossed them in the bag without saying a word to me. She yelled out only my total. Then when I gave her my pink credit card birthday coupon she snatched that out of my hand as well scanned it and without saying anything else she just yelled out my total again. She tossed the receipt in my bag and just shoved it at me. I said thank you and she didn’t even acknowledge I said anything she just started complaining to the other worker about someone else’s training. Never coming back here and I work in this mall. I’d rather drive to any other location but this one. It’s 2pm on a Tuesday it should be that dirty especially since no one was in there but me and like two other people. Read moreI wish I could give zero star for this store for the experience I had. I purchased my bra on 8th August and when I came home I realised they have not removed security tag and meanwhile I decided to return the product. I was able to make a trip to store again after 4 weeks. Due to that tag I never used and I thought returning should be easy. The lady said, the item number of the product and the one on bill didn’t match and rejected to refund. I remember they entering product number manually ... is it my fault that they did a mistake ? Even after me repeatedly telling she didn’t agree to refund and was okay to give me a store credit of $ 30 for $ 60 product !!! That was weird. Finally I have to come out and call customer service to lodge complaint and they resolved by agreeing to send $ 60 gift card.
