Finally an amazing vintage clothing/home store in Lawrence just opened! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸(This being the 2nd location within the Daisy Lee banner, the other shop is in the Crossroads district in Kansas City) their newest location has a super cool, â2000sâ vibe and a massive collection of styles to chose fromâ conveniently located in the heart of Mass St! (EASY parking right out front!) They offer an epic selection fot ALL sizes, for ALL genders and some really great home items to boot! Upon my visit I found the best dead-stock, Y2K & 90s pieces (so much I hard time even deciding what to buy!) & at such a good price! 𤯠I couldnât be more excited to have this new outpost extension of Daisy Lee, and I will be back oftenâŚ. There werenât many androgynous/masculine options other than a few racks in the back corner. I did manage to find a sweater that I liked, which was in good condition but unfortunately out of my price range. I was gutted, but $50 is a bit much for a basic sweater, especially when youâre a college student. Lastly, when I visited, the music was overwhelmingly loud and I had to step out after a short while. If youâre sensitive to sounds, you should be aware of this before visiting.
Keeping it in mind that the store just recently opened, I remain hopeful that some of these things will change. For now, though, I am disappointed and will not be returning...
